Hari Menon is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of BigBasket. As the operational and public leader of the company since 2011, Menon pioneered inventory-led online grocery in India. He steered BigBasket through intense e-commerce price wars, orchestrated the nationwide rollout of farm-collection centers, and negotiated the landmark majority acquisition by Tata Sons in 2021.
