Webflow, Inc. provides a visual development platform for websites: a browser-based designer, a CMS, managed hosting and add-ons for localization and optimization. Vlad Magdalin, Sergie Magdalin and Bryant Chou launched it in 2013 and took it through Y Combinator. It remained small and largely self-funded for several years before raising venture rounds from 2019 to 2022 that valued it at $4 billion. Linda Tong has been CEO since June 2024, with Vlad Magdalin as Chief Innovation Officer. The company is headquartered in San Francisco, California.
Webflow earns subscription revenue. Customers pay for Workspace plans, priced per seat, to design and collaborate on sites, and for Site plans, priced per site, that cover hosting, CMS capacity and traffic. Larger organizations buy Enterprise contracts with custom pricing, security controls and support. The company also sells add-ons such as Localization and optimization features built on its Intellimize acquisition. Webflow does not disclose how revenue splits across these lines.
