Aadit Palicha was born in Mumbai, India, and grew up in Dubai. A prodigiously talented student, he was accepted to Stanford University to study computer science in 2020 before deferring and dropping out to build Zepto.

Aadit Palicha is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Zepto. Known for his hyper-intense operational discipline, quantitative rigor, and relentless focus on micro-fulfillment economics, Palicha guided Zepto from a two-person startup in a Mumbai apartment to a $5B+ enterprise operating over 1,100 dark stores before the age of 24.
