Jack Altman is an American entrepreneur, investor, and business author who co-founded Lattice in 2015 and served as its CEO until 2024, currently serving as Executive Chairman. Born in Chicago, Illinois, Altman graduated from Princeton University with a degree in economics. Prior to founding Lattice, he served as Vice President of Business Development at Teespring during its hypergrowth phase and co-founded Hydrazine Capital. In 2015, Altman co-founded Lattice, leading the company through Y Combinator and scaling it into a $3.0 billion market leader with over 5,000 corporate clients. The author of 'People Strategy: How to Invest in People and Make Culture Your Competitive Advantage', Altman is a prominent thought leader in organizational psychology and an active Silicon Valley angel investor.
