A fourth-generation scion of the TVS family holding an engineering degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an MPhil from the University of Cambridge, Sudarshan was elevated to Managing Director in May 2022. He transformed TVS into an aggressive, youthful global player: orchestrating the £16 million acquisition of Norton Motorcycles, expanding the high-margin BMW Motorrad manufacturing alliance (producing over 150,000 BMW 310cc bikes at Hosur and adding the CE 02 electric scooter), driving the market triumph of the Raider 125 and Apache RTR series, and leading the rapid scaling of the TVS iQube electric scooter to over 300,000 units.
