LTM earns money by selling IT services to large enterprises, mostly in North America and Europe. Contracts are billed either as time-and-materials work or as fixed-price and managed-services deals that run for several years. Work covers application development and maintenance, cloud and infrastructure management, data and analytics, cybersecurity, ERP implementation (SAP, Oracle) and, increasingly, AI-led modernization. Most engineers sit in Indian delivery centers, while client-facing and some delivery teams work onshore and nearshore, so dollar and euro billing set against rupee costs supports margins. In Q1 FY27, CEO Venu Lambu said AI-related offerings were bringing in about $150 million a quarter. Revenue is reported across five verticals: Banking, Financial Services & Insurance; Technology, Media & Communications; Manufacturing & Resources; Consumer Business; and Healthcare, Life Sciences & Public Services.
