Mukund Jha holds an incredibly elite, highly rigorous technical background in advanced computer science and machine learning. Educated at Columbia University and trained within the intensely demanding engineering culture of Google, his massive background in building highly scalable, algorithmic software architectures provided the exact technical foundation required to automate Dunzo's incredibly complex delivery logistics.

Mukund Jha is a brilliant software engineer and the co-founder and former Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Dunzo, the pioneering Indian quick-commerce platform. Holding a Master's degree from Columbia University, Jha initially cut his teeth working as an elite software engineer at Google. When Kabeer Biswas's WhatsApp-based delivery experiment began to aggressively scale beyond human capacity, Jha stepped in to co-found the official Dunzo app. As CTO, he was absolutely instrumental in architecting the highly complex backend infrastructure, integrating advanced AI and machine learning algorithms to automate order dispatching and completely optimize delivery routes. After deeply impacting the Indian logistics sector, Jha departed the company in 2023 to found Emergent Labs, focusing entirely on advanced AI development.
