Mike Lawrie

Mike Lawrie holds a deeply entrenched, highly rigorous background in massive corporate IT services and global executive management. Having spent 27 years steadily climbing the corporate ladder at IBM and subsequently serving as the chief executive of Misys, this intense, decades-long background managing massive enterprise software contracts provided the exact diplomatic and strategic leverage required to orchestrate the DXC merger.

While historically DXC Technology was formed from the predecessor companies of CSC and EDS, Mike Lawrie was the central executive architect who formally orchestrated the creation of DXC in 2017. Serving as the CEO of Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) since 2012, Lawrie aggressively engineered a massive corporate merger with the Enterprise Services division of Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). By successfully merging these two massive, deeply entrenched IT services behemoths, Lawrie officially launched the newly rebranded DXC Technology. Serving as the inaugural Chairman, President, and CEO of DXC, he successfully guided the massive global integration of both workforces before announcing his executive retirement in late 2019.
