Yinon Costica

Yinon Costica served as a technology leader in the IDF Unit 8200 and graduated from the prestigious Talpiot program. He earned a Bachelor of Science in physics and mathematics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MSc in applied physics. He co-founded Adallom alongside Rappaport, later serving as Head of Product for Microsoft's Cloud Security Group.

Yinon Costica is the co-founder and Vice President of Product at Wiz. An exceptional product strategist, Costica conceived the core concept of the Agentless Security Graph, recognizing that security teams were drowning in fragmented point-solution alerts. At Wiz, Costica directs product vision across CNAPP, CSPM, and AI-SPM, designing the fifteen-minute deployment workflow that made Wiz the standard of cloud security and driving product roadmaps that protect the world's largest commercial enterprises.\n\nAt Wiz, Costica's exceptional product vision was the driving force behind the well-known 15-minute agentless deployment workflow and the Toxic Combination risk correlation engine. By focusing steadily on user experience and CISO time-to-value, Costica turned complex multi-cloud security telemetry into an intuitive, visually notable Security Graph that eliminated 99.9% of enterprise alert noise.
