Neeti Mehta Shukla grew up in an entrepreneurial household in Chennai, India, before earning a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA from Bond University in Australia. She moved to Silicon Valley, building a deep, 25-year background in technology entrepreneurship, brand development, marketing, and corporate social responsibility (CSR). Her extensive background in brand architecture provided the human-centric narrative that successfully defined Automation Anywhere's global market position.

Neeti Mehta Shukla is a co-founder and the Chief Impact Officer of Automation Anywhere. She co-founded the company in 2003 with her husband, Mihir Shukla, alongside Ankur Kothari and Rushabh Parmani. As a co-founder of one of the few global tech unicorns founded by a woman, she has served as the company's culture architect and SVP of Brand Strategy, fundamentally shaping Automation Anywhere's corporate identity. In her current role as Chief Impact Officer, she leads the company's 'Tech for Good' initiatives, focusing heavily on technology upskilling for marginalized groups and empowering non-profits through automation.
