Mihir Shukla earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in India. Before founding Automation Anywhere, he built a deep background in internet and e-commerce technologies, holding engineering leadership roles at E2Open and Infoseek, and serving as a consultant for Netscape. This extensive experience scaling enterprise internet infrastructure prepared him to architect global automation platforms.

Mihir Shukla is a prominent technology entrepreneur and the CEO and co-founder of Automation Anywhere, a global leader in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI-driven enterprise automation. Shukla co-founded the company in 2003 (originally as Tethys Solutions) with his wife, Neeti Mehta Shukla, alongside Ankur Kothari and Rushabh Parmani. Operating from their guest bedroom in Silicon Valley, Shukla drove the vision to create a 'digital workforce' that could liberate human workers from mundane, repetitive tasks. Under his leadership, Automation Anywhere has scaled into a multi-billion dollar enterprise, transforming how massive global corporations utilize artificial intelligence and software bots. He is widely recognized as a pioneer of Agentic Process Automation and serves as a frequent advisor to the World Economic Forum on the ethical implementation of AI.
