Matt Grimm

Matt Grimm earned his degree from Cornell University, providing him with a strong analytical foundation. His critical formative career involved serving in key operational and investment roles at Palantir Technologies and Mithril Capital Management. At Palantir, he gained deep, firsthand experience managing complex software deployments and navigating the rigorous, highly specialized operational demands of both the defense industry and the intelligence community, directly preparing him for his role as Anduril's COO.

Matt Grimm is a co-founder and the Chief Operating Officer of Anduril Industries, where he drives the company's aggressive, rapid-scaling manufacturing and operational strategy. Grimm joined forces with Palmer Luckey, Trae Stephens, and Brian Schimpf in 2017 to build a defense technology company capable of moving at the speed of a Silicon Valley software startup. As COO, Grimm is responsible for the incredibly complex task of bridging cutting-edge software development with the physical realities of large-scale military hardware production. He oversees Anduril's supply chain, manufacturing operations, and global deployment logistics, ensuring that the company's autonomous sentry towers, drones, and AI systems can be mass-produced and fielded in active military environments with unprecedented speed.
