Brian Venturo

Brian Venturo graduated with an economics degree from Haverford College before building a highly intense career in the energy and finance sectors. Like his co-founders, he worked extensively in proprietary energy trading and served as a Partner at Hudson Ridge Asset Management. This deep, specialized background in energy economics and power markets gave him the absolute logistical mastery required to construct massive, highly power-efficient GPU data centers.

Brian Venturo is the co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of CoreWeave, a massively funded AI cloud-computing giant. Venturo initially partnered with Michael Intrator and Brannin McBee in 2017 to launch 'Atlantic Crypto,' a New Jersey-based operation focused on mining Ethereum using graphics processing units (GPUs). Realizing that the explosive demand for AI computing was about to overwhelm traditional data centers, Venturo helped orchestrate an incredibly aggressive strategic pivot. Under his technical direction as the company's long-time CTO, CoreWeave transitioned its massive GPU infrastructure into a specialized cloud service explicitly designed for training advanced machine learning models. This highly risky pivot paid off spectacularly, transforming the company into a multi-billion dollar rival to Amazon Web Services and a premier partner for Nvidia.
