Arash Ferdowsi is a computer scientist who met Drew Houston at a Boston startup event in 2007 and became co-founder and chief technology officer of Dropbox. Ferdowsi brought technical expertise in distributed systems and software engineering that was essential to building Dropbox's scalable cloud infrastructure.
