Andrew Feldman

Andrew Feldman grew up steeped in academia on the Stanford University campus, where he eventually earned both a B.A. and an MBA. His incredibly deep professional background as an Entrepreneur in Residence at leading venture capital firms, combined with his operational history running Force10 Networks and Riverstone Networks, gave him the precise financial and strategic expertise required to successfully build and sell highly complex enterprise hardware startups.

Andrew Feldman is a highly prominent technology entrepreneur and the CEO and co-founder of Cerebras Systems, a company that has completely revolutionized artificial intelligence hardware. Before Cerebras, Feldman co-founded and served as CEO of SeaMicro, an incredibly innovative pioneer in energy-efficient microservers that was acquired by AMD for over $330 million in 2012. After serving as a VP at AMD, Feldman reunited his core SeaMicro engineering team in 2016 to tackle the massive compute bottleneck in AI training. Under his strategic leadership, Cerebras successfully engineered the Wafer-Scale Engine (WSE)—a gargantuan, dinner-plate-sized processor that bypassed decades of traditional chip manufacturing limitations, establishing Cerebras as a massive, heavily funded rival to Nvidia.
