Don Goodliffe

Don Goodliffe was one of the five co-founders of Glidesoft, Inc. in 2003, bringing enterprise software experience to the founding team. Goodliffe contributed to the early product development and customer engagement efforts that established ServiceNow's initial market presence in IT service management.
